Jadavpur University Alumni Association Hyderabad Chapter extends a warm and cordial welcome to all members, non members, and patrons

Text Box: Science Symposium 2010

The Science Symposium conducted by Jadavpur University Alumni Association Hyderabad Chapter in CCMB, Habsiguda was a roaring success. While eminent scientists like Dr. Lalji Singh, Dr. Shivaji and Dr. GuptaSarma enthralled the audience with their brilliance, the elocution competition was a hard fought one amongst students of various schools. In the end it was Ms. T Piyusha Varshini of Cambridge High School who walked away with the top honour. Judged by a panel of eminent educationists, this competition showed that our students have a lot of potential which need to be honed. Even though we would have been delighted to reward every student who participated, we had to select the best out of them.
The symposium was convened by Dr. M.K Chattopadhyay, and was ably supported by Mr. Debasish Basu, the secretary, Ms. Chandana Khan, I.A.S, the president, Mr. Debopam Chakrabarty, Mr. Sushanto Dutta, Mr. Anindya Das, Mr. Chanchal Sarbajna, Mr. Subhabrata among others. The programs were ably anchored by Ms. Aditi, Ms. Ruchira, Ms. Kakali and Ms. Devmitra.
