BANDISH FUSION MUSIC - A ROARING SUCCESS AND A CROWING ACHIEVEMENT   Jadavpur University Alumni Association --- Hyderabad Chapter presented the “ Bandish Musical concert” at Ravindra Bharathi on 8 th January, 2011 ( Saturday) evening.   Audience was enraptured and spell bounded by the music and the programme.   With this programme we have set new heights of achievement and have raised the bars for ourselves as well as for the others. It has elements of contemporary Jazz, Afro-Cuban flambouyance and Mediterranean flair. The concert is an unprecedented blend of genre combined with complex rhythm in unusual time signature.
