Ingredients:
2 whole eggs
1 cube cheese
50 gms veggies (broccoli & spinach)
10 ml coconut oil
Preparation
In a bowl boil the veggies and keep aside. Take a microwave safe bowl and oil it up on all sides. Beat the eggs with a little salt and the veggies. Spread the beaten egg on the greased bowl and microwave for 1 min. Take out and grate the cheese and add some oregano and chilly flakes and micro for another 1.5 mins.
Let it settle for a minute and serve it with a bowl of salad.
